Bill raised his family here in Oakville and wanted to expand his restaurants while being able to stay close to home so he built this second concept right next to his Italian Restaurant and Pizza Den, Bill Gianino's.  It shows a lot of confidence to compete against yourself but Bill knew if he ran both businesses right, they would both be successful and over 30 years later, we are still barely able to keep up with the awesome & loyal customers!
